Accutire MS-4400B Piece of junk. Won't fasten onto the tire's valve stem - - just releases the air from the tire and doesn't register the pressure (that used to be there). I've purchased several items via Amazon.com, and this is the only one that's been a big disappointment.
Great price, but one of the six units we ordered was DOA. Pressure readings don't match other gauges at lower (30ish) pressures, but are very close in the higher (60+) range.
We have been using these for years. They're handy and simple to use as long as you line them up straight with the valve stem. We keep one in each car, one in the garage, and one in our bicycle tool bag. You can't beat this gauge for the price Accutire MS-4400B.
